USSSA Points are awarded based on a team's order of finish in any USSSA Event (League, Qualifier, etc.) These points are used to rank teams in their state, region, and nationally. Double Point Weekends

States are given the opportunity to host two "DOUBLE POINT" weekends, where all tournaments in that state will offer double the normal points allotted. Here is a table that lists which weekends will be "DOUBLE POINT" weekends:
